We're Falcon and Sid.

Falcon.Founded the studio. Came up through Android, picked up Unity for a handful of small games and ASMR experiments, and shipped enough modern web work to feel at home there too. Runs a small client agency on the side that mostly does legacy CMS migrations and AI-stack replacements. The agency covers the bills so the studio doesn't have to.

Sid. Co-collaborator on studio work. Spends more time on whether we shouldbuild something than whether we can. The second pair of eyes on every decision and the reason there's a “we” on every page of this site instead of an “I.”

The studio started as a label for work Falcon couldn't justify under agency hours. Things worth building that didn't have a client. The first apps shipped under that name in 2023.

It became a real two-person thing in 2026 when Sid joined as a co-collaborator. The work since has been smaller and slower than what either of us would ship alone. That's the point.

Small on purpose. Two people means we can hold the entire shape of a product in our heads. No feature councils, no roadmap negotiation, no design-by-committee. The constraint is the feature.

We ship slowly and write about what we learn. Nothing here is optimized for growth metrics. The goal is to build a short list of products we'd use ourselves, that hold up over time.
