• Ledgerly. Tightening the receipt parser against weird formats. Currently a long tail of edge cases.
• Madmaxlabs.com. Foundation just shipped, building toward a real launch with all sections populated.

• First recording sessions with Falcon's dad for CookwithPops.
• An agentic app concept we want to validate before it becomes a real project. Currently just a notes file.

Open questions

The questions we're actually living with right now. Not rhetorical, not blog-post fodder. Things we don't know the answer to and are trying to figure out by doing.

• How does on-device vision generalize to receipts in mixed languages without sending anything off the phone?
• What's the right form factor for a wallet of AI keys, with scoped per-app access and a real audit trail?
• Can voice input UX work outside of a quiet room, or is it fundamentally a private-context interface?
• Can we capture tacit cooking knowledge from a person who doesn't cook from recipes, without it feeling like an interview?

Currently learning

How modern int8 quantization techniques affect the long tail of vision-model accuracy on small text. The headline numbers look fine. The 99th percentile is where the real story lives.
