Launching Madmaxlabs

Why this site exists, what's coming, and how to follow along.

This is the first thing we've shipped under the Madmaxlabs name. The studio has existed in spirit for a while, across Android apps, Unity experiments, and a web project Falcon built for his dad. But it didn't have a home. Now it does.

The site is a showcase, not a sales page. There's nothing to buy here. What you'll find instead:

  • Android: apps we're building, with Ledgerly as the flagship.
  • Web: personal projects polished enough to use, like CookwithPops.
  • Agentic: a forward-looking section on bring-your-own-key tools.
  • Lab: things we built to learn something, including the ones that didn't ship.
  • Blog: build logs, opinions, occasional war stories from agency work.

There's a manifesto too, if you want to know what we think the studio is for. There's a now page showing what we're working on this week, and a changelog of what's recently shipped across all projects.

The hero on the homepage is a fragment shader. It reacts to your mouse with a deliberately imprecise gravity. Think cursor has weight rather than cursor is a leash. That's a small piece of the kind of software we want to build. Things that respond to you without performing for you.

If any of this is interesting, drop a note in the guestbook, or sign up for the email list to get build logs as they ship. More to come.
